Your data

Your business stays on your device

There's no Sheet & Send account and no Sheet & Send server. We can't see your clients, your hours or your invoices – and we don't want to.

  • Stored on your device. Everything you enter is kept in the app on your phone, tablet or computer.
  • Backed up where you choose. Save a backup file to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive or a USB stick, and restore it on a new device.
  • Sent by you. Invoices go through your own email app, so they never pass through us.
  • Read-only Google Docs import (coming soon). If you choose to import from Google Docs, the app lists the names of your Google Docs so you can choose, reads only the ones you import, directly from Google, and can't change anything.
  • No tracking. No ads, no analytics in the app and no selling of data. This website uses Google Analytics to count visits.

Questions, answered

Is there a subscription?

No. Sheet & Send is free to use for up to three clients. Pro is a one-off payment of £9.99 that unlocks unlimited clients, invoices from timesheets and your own colour on documents.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. There's no account and no cloud server. You can save a backup file to iCloud Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive or a USB stick whenever you like.

How are invoices sent?

Sheet & Send opens your own email app with the message written and the PDF attached, so invoices come from your usual email address and appear in your sent items.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes. Everything works offline. You only need a connection to send an email or import from Google Docs.

Can my accountant use the data?

Yes. Export your invoices and hours for any period, including the UK tax year, as spreadsheet (CSV) files that open in Excel, Numbers and Google Sheets and can be imported by bridging software for Making Tax Digital.

Which devices does it run on?

iPhone and iPad today. Android phones and tablets, Windows PCs and Macs are coming soon.
